Water tours in the territory are subject to permission by the Aggtelek National Park Administration.
Principally, water transport is considered dangerous; the river Bodrog, managed by the North-Hungarian Water Management Co. (ÉKÖVIZIG), is a class III - IV waterway, therefore, the knowledge of the basic rules is mandatory for everyone.
